Schedule an onboarding call after you’ve filled out your intake form, so our team can explain the next steps and we can discuss any add-on tests you may like. SCHEDULE NOW.

We will email you your blood work requisition form. You will bring this form with you to your blood draw appointment.

Book a 15-minute Zoom if you have questions about your tests or need additional support. Your plan includes 2 15-minute check in calls over the course of 3 months and you can always email us with questions, too!
Schedule Your Guidance Call
Once we have your test back (typically within 3-4 weeks), a member of our team will reach out to schedule your 90 minute guidance call. The Prologue Protocol includes one in-depth 90-minute guidance call with a board-certified health professional.
Personalized Report & Recommendations
After your guidance call, we’ll send you your report with personalized recommendations. Book a 15-minute Zoom if you have questions after noodling on your report–we know it can be a lot to digest. We’re also on the private community every day.
