After you acquire the Prologue Protocol, you’ll receive our Welcome Kit, which includes immediate access to our community, a comprehensive intake form, and a link to schedule your 30-minute onboarding call.

We’ll order your labs, including any additional tests you purchase.

Once all your results are in, our board-certified wellness team will craft a personalized 40+ page report with tailored guidance for nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and lifestyle. Our approach is designed to restore balance, optimize energy, and help you create a life you love.

Next, we’ll schedule your 90-minute guidance call—a session our members often describe as life-changing.

Month 2

We’ll connect with you for a follow-up call to see how you’re feeling about your progress. If needed, we’ll make thoughtful adjustments to your personalized guidance, supplements, or support.

As a valued member of our community, you’ll also receive access to our meditations, private webinars, and 24/7 forums.

Month 3 & Beyond

We’ll check in again as we continue co-creating your optimal health journey.

We recommend re-testing these labs every 6 months (this membership includes 1 round of labs).

For those who wish to continue, we have a maintenance plan with ongoing support, as well as access to a preferred rate on future lab work.

What States Do You Serve?

We are open for labwork protocols for men and women in Arizona, California, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Texas, Colorado, Montana, & Virginia. More states coming soon. Why Combine TCM and Functional Medicine?

Labs provide information; TCM provides context. Together, they deliver unmatched insight and clarity typically reserved for elite care.

Does This Include 2 Rounds of Tests?

No. This protocol only includes 1 round of tests. If you’d like 2 rounds of lab testing, we recommend the Foundation Protocol.

If you are interested in continued care and retesting, we recommend joining our Maintenance Plan for monthly guidance calls and discounts on future lab orders.

How Many Guidance Calls Do I Receive?

You’ll have one 90-minute personalized guidance call with Rêve Health and 2 15-minute check in calls. If you are seeking more support, we recommend the Foundation Protocol, which has 3 90-minute guidance calls, and monthly check-in calls for 6 months.

If you would like additional support, you can purchase individual guidance calls or join our Maintenance Plan for monthly support.

Can I Get Tests On My Own? Or Have My Doctor Order?

Certain states do allow consumers to order labs for themselves directly, but they tend to be more expensive and less comprehensive.

Physicians typically cannot order labs to be covered by insurance unless there are existing symptoms or an established diagnosis.

We’ve taken the complications out of it at Rêve Health because we believe in proactive, comprehensive testing.

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Report?

You’ll have your Guidance Call 3-5 weeks after your purchase, depending on any additional labs you add to your Protocol, your cycle if you are a menstruating woman, and lab processing time.

Who Orders The Tests and Where Are They From?

Rêve Health team members will order your tests after you purchase the Prologue Protocol. We utilize the lab requisition service through our partner, Evexia.

Who Reviews My Lab Results?

Rêve Health health coaches, which include Nutritionists, Certified Personal Trainers, Functional Health Providers, Licensed Acupuncturists, and Life Coaches, review your lab results together.

You’ll get an integrative, holistic blend of recommendations that addresses your lab results while considering your lifestyle, environment, and relationships. We don’t know of any other company doing that!

How Do I Get Tested?

You’ll schedule a visit with a local lab for your blood work. We’ll send you detailed instructions after purchase. You may also, for an additional fee, get at-home bloodwork. If you purchase additional tests, these will be mailed to you.

What Happens After My Membership Ends?

You will leave with a fully actionable health blueprint. Many clients continue with our Maintenance Plan for long-term optimization, but Prologue provides a complete, standalone pathway to vitality.
