Introducing the Prologue Protocol

⚡We are so excited to announce the Prologue Protocol.

A new starter program, without compromising on the quality of labs, or the quality of our guidance.

Sometimes you have to go back to the very beginning to put everything together.

My old editor when I was a journalist used to say,”You can’t write the introduction until you finish the story.”

I remember Maddy and I sitting at a long table outdoors at the patio of the house we stayed in this July in Vermont.

We had scribbled down notes about the programs we wanted to launch with: one was just about detoxing for preconception, one was about gut health, we kept going around and around before we settled on the Foundation Protocol.

And it’s amazing: our flagship 6-month program to help balance hormones through 2 egg maturation cycles.

But….it’s a whole lot of program for people who don’t know Maddy or me…and it’s not the ideal program for people who just want to see their baseline health, or men, or anyone who just wants a guide to kickstart a personalized health plan.

So we created the Prologue Protocol, and it really takes us back to the beginning.

What would become a precursor to everything being harder than we thought…the mountain we climbed in July in Vermont
Personalized nutrition plans are just one part of the program.

Taking the First Step

The Rêve Health Prologue Protocol is the first step to a healthier you.

🔑 The key is customized advice for your unique physiology.

If you start today, you could have a tailored plan to kickstart your health in 2025.

It’s possible.

🔬We start with advanced blood work (men and women) to understand your current health needs.

Our in-depth intake form helps us understand how you live your life.

We’ll teach you how to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit.

Feel empowered with personalized guidance.

Work out in a way that complements your physiology.

Eat the foods most nourishing for your needs.

Manage your stress.

Focus on what matters.

The thing about launching a business is…we need our own protocols 😉

A DYNAMIC DUO

Finding Balance

It took us 4 months to figure out a way to tailor back our plan without compromising on the quality of labs, or the way we review reports.

We are, as most of you know, pretty anti-AI (I predict an entire movement around this).

We needed to keep the guidance calls with an actual human being, and the interpretation and analysis with a human being.

Very pleased to say we found a way.

My Dad calls Maddy and I “the dynamic duo” and it’s because we can put our heads together and find a way to make anything happen.

Anything is possible: you simply need to try.

So we looked through the labs we felt we HAD to include (a full hormone panel–beyond what your doctor will order, and only then if you have an actual diagnosis).

We added in the nutrients and inflammation biomarkers, thyroid panel, and heart health panel.

We stripped out the heavy metal biomarkers and environmental pollutants–we think these are critical for preconception and perimenopause, but they might not be needed for someone who isn’t experiencing serious hormonal imbalances.

And we pared down the program to be one test, one incredibly detailed report (about 30 pages of truly personalized guidance) and one call.

That’s how you do it without sacrificing quality. It’s part of our core values, and it’s important for our own integrity.

We hope you enjoy this program, designed for people who want to give us a try and experience the Rêve Health way.
