Step 1

After you acquire the Prologue Protocol, you’ll receive our Welcome Kit and a link to our comprehensive intake form. We ask you questions about your career, community, sense of purpose, aspirations, as well as lifestyle factors such as diet, sleep, and exercise.

We’ll send your labwork along with detailed instructions to complete your tests. Once completed, your mail back your test in a pre-paid envelope.

Step 2

When your results are back, our team will create an integrated, holistic report just for you, with personalized guidance. (This report is approximately 30 pages!)

We’ll reach out to schedule your 90-minute guidance call where we’ll discuss your results, and your tailored recommendations.

Step 3

We’ll check in for a follow up call about a month after your guidance call.

By this point, you are likely feeling the changes in your body, mind, and spirit.

We’ll make any adjustments as needed so you continue to optimize your health.
