This summer, beginning July 14, we’re launching the California Cohort. It’s an opportunity for those ready to deepen their healing journey within a supportive, like-minded community, and includes an in-person event in the Bay Area.
Whether you’re local to California or looking for a reason to visit, the California Cohort is a unique way to ground your protocol in real-life connection, expert support, and shared momentum.We can’t wait to walk beside you — literally.

How it Works
You’ll begin by choosing one of our personalized, root-cause protocols.
Whether you’re starting with the Prologue Protocol to uncover what your body needs, enrolling in our comprehensive 6-month Foundation Protocol, or focusing on healthy aging with our Longevity Protocol, each path is designed to get to the root cause of your health imbalances.
You’ll also have the option to add additional labs to further individualize your experience.
Let us know you live or work in California and we’ll invite you to our California Cohort space within our private community.
On August 9, you’ll be invited to join us for a community healing event; a guided group hike just outside San Francisco.
This in-person gathering is a chance to step away from screens, connect in nature, and meet others who are invested in meaningful, root-cause healing.

Today is a high-vibe launch day for our purpose-driven, community-first program!
We’ll have our first zoom on the member-only community in the special California Cohort space.
Saturday, August 9 IN PERSON EVENT
Today we gather together in community for an in-person community event in nature.
📍The event takes place 4 weeks after the registration deadline. We timed this so that new Protocol members can have their labwork in, and potentially their guidance call (if you do your labwork right away after receiving).
Exact location and details will be shared closer to the event date.
