Look Out For a Package
We’ll be mailing a sample collection kit (for your lab work) to your home address, and it’ll contain detailed instructions.
Please download our test instructions with details on your urine, hair, salivary, and blood draw tests. We also have a video detailing how to take your urine, hair, and saliva samples.
Book a 15-minute zoom with us at any time if you have questions about your tests or you’d like us to walk through the tests with you.
Complete Your Tests
Please take your at-home tests and book your bloodwork as soon as possible. We ask all members to complete their labs within 30 days of receiving your kit.
Schedule Your First 90-Minute Guidance Call
Once we have all your labs back (typically within 3 weeks from after you send them all in), a member of our team will reach out to schedule your first (out of three total) 90-minute guidance calls.
Personalized Report
After our 90-minute guidance call, we’ll send you your personalized guidance report with holistic wellness recommendations. Please note this is not medical advice.
Checking in
Your plan includes a total of two rounds of advanced labs, three 90-minute calls, and three 45-minute calls. We’ll reach out to schedule your calls each month. Please note that at any time, you can purchase additional calls. Just email us to let us know or book online (extra fee).

As part of your Foundation Protocol membership, you get 2 rounds of advanced lab testing, 3 guidance calls (one after your initial lab results come back, one at 3 months in, and one after your second round of tests after 5-6 months).
