What exactly do you do?
We help people transform their health with our proprietary protocols. We blend traditional medicine, functional health, consulting, purpose and life design, community, and advanced labs for a truly personalized and integrated view of health.
Our tailored reports are truly unique, offering our members an incredible insight into all aspects of their health. It is with this amount of depth that enables physical, mental, and physical change.

Why get testing?
We believe regular biomarker testing is an essential component of women’s health.
Our lab testing helps women understand hormonal imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, environmental toxins, thyroid function, cardiovascular health, metabolic health, and inflammation. By examining such a full panel, we are able to understand the underlying cause of many issues such as difficulty conceiving, weight gain, irregular cycles, perimenopause issues, and more.
We think testing is absolutely critical for preconception, to prepare your body to be as healthy as possible.
If you’re already healthy (or think you are!) regular testing helps you continue to thrive, retain your youth, and be proactive about your health..
Why is proactive care important?
Both of our Co-founders had health issues that could have been alleviated, or even eradicated with early biomarker testing. Regular biomarker testing can catch issues with our health before they become problematic. For example with our co-founder Julie, she would have seen high cortisol and hormonal imbalances that would have prompted her to get an ultrasound, and address her fibroids before they became so large only surgery could help.
That’s just one example. Biomarker testing can reveal the root issues that manifest as infertility, heavy periods, PCOS, endometriosis, weight gain, fatigue, and other concerns.
With our real age testing, we can see whether we have premature cellular damage or accelerated aging. Knowing this information helps us put together a plan to optimize our health.
I can’t change my genes so why does it matter?
While we can’t change our genes (yet), we can change how our genes express themselves.
We have the power to turn on, or off, gene expressions. Epigenetics is the science of influencing our genes through lifestyle. Diet, exercise, stress reduction, sleep hygiene, detoxification, life purpose, optimism, healthy relationships, and community are all linked to healthspan and lifespan. We have the power to control many of those factors.
I just had blood work, when can I have tests again?
If your blood work was comprehensive, every six months is reasonable.
If it was basic, you likely could use something more in depth!
You can always book a Functional Lab Review with us with the blood work you already have.
My blood work is fine but I could use some emotional support, or help with lifestyle guidance. Can you help?

If you want to prepare for pregnancy how much time should you give yourself?
At least 6 months!
It takes 3 months for an egg maturation cycle.
Our approach, especially with the Foundation Protocol, is spending the first 3 months focusing on reducing toxicity and inflammation.
The next 3 months are lifestyle recommendations and nourishment.
At the end of 6 months you have gone through 2 egg maturation cycles in a different state of health, increasing the likelihood of improved egg quality and natural conception!
How are Rêve Health tests different?
Our lab tests are not your average tests. We hand-picked our advanced lab tests to ensure the latest science and the most accurate and actionable biomarkers. These are the tests your doctor can’t–or won’t–order because they typically require an insurance code for billing. Even if your doctor could order these tests, he or she would order only the tests for a diagnosis.
We look at the full picture of you.
For our Foundational Protocol, we test through hair, urine, saliva, and blood and use the most sophisticated evidenced-based lab partners. For our Longevity Protocol, we look at organ-based biomarkers and telomere tests to determine your biological age from a variety of perspectives.
Our team of wellness experts reviews lab work and intake forms from an integrative perspective. Our members receive a 50-page report, devoted to them, with personalized guidance and recommendations.
We do not use AI–actual human beings assess your results and compile a holistic prescription just for you. Our lab Protocols are tailored concierge-level programs. We think making an investment in your health is the most important investment, and our members agree.
How is Rêve Health able to order lab tests?
We currently work with a lab partner, Evexia, to order labs via an LAc, or RDN license depending on the state. We are currently able to order labs in California, Colorado, Maine, Montana, Massachusetts, and Texas. More states are coming soon.
Is Rêve Health a medical provider?
No. We provide educational recommendations for your lifestyle. We are not a medical provider or a laboratory.
I am a college student, am I too young to take the Foundation Protocol?
Never too early!
Our Protocols are for women at any age wanting to take a deep dive into their hormonal health.
We specialize in preconception and perimenopause, but the underlying factors that make those processes difficult can (and should) be explored at any phase of life.
I don’t want children, is this still for me?
Yes!
Issues that come up in preconception and perimenopause are underlying factors in many disease presentations.
Our Protocols get their health to such a vibrant place that heavy hitting transitions (like pregnancy and perimenopause) are much easier.

I think I might be in perimenopause, but I’m only 35. Is this possible?
It IS possible.
Perimenopause is the fluctuation of hormones before menopause. It can begin as early as 30 and into your 50s.
Signs of early perimenopause means there are underlying issues causing hormonal imbalances:
Blood sugar
Stress
Sleep
Nutrition
Toxins
Immune dysfunction
If you’re showing early signs of perimenopause, the key is to explore underlying issues now, especially if you are concerned about fertility.
My doctors said my fibroids probably took 10+ years to grow. What causes them?
Yes!
Fibroids don’t happen overnight. It is a slow process for them to develop over time.
Root causes of fibroids include:

I have PCOS and want to get off the pill and spironolactone. What can I do holistically?
Each cause of PCOS is different (another reason full lab work is helpful!), but general information for holistic help includes:

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Affirm and Klarna payment plans, and you can always contact us to get a PayPal invoice. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, we place lab orders within 1-2 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 7-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Who reviews the lab results?
The Rêve Health team includes Acupuncturists, Functional Medicine Providers, Exercise Scientists, Nutritionists, and other holistic experts. Together we review lab work and compile a truly integrated report. Our entire team is aligned with the mission, vision, and values of our Co-Founders, which is to help people heal holistically.
Why do personalized recommendations matter?
You’ll see results faster and be encouraged by your progress when you follow a plan that is tailored to your cellular health and lifestyle.
No other company testing for biomarkers is looking at your sleep, stress levels, relationship attachment style, muscle fiber type, or specific diet. These all give us, as our Co-Founder Madeline Cunningham says, not just a story of your health, a full novel.
You’ll receive actionable advice that you can put to work in a way that complements your life. Your tailored insights are programmed for YOU which means you’ll see the changes and be encouraged by your results.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day refund policy for any guidance calls, or personalized reports if we have not yet created the report or held a guidance session. Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate the refund process. Unfortunately, once your labs are ordered we are unable to refund the cost of your labs and service fee. As of September 2024 the cost of your lab work and service fee for the Foundation Protocol is $1250 and the Longevity Protocol is $999.
Can I use insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance. We wish insurance covered proactive care!
We are outside of the traditional Western Medicine paradigm and 100% insurance free. That means no hidden costs, no marked-up costs, and no co-pays. This is an investment in your health, and we believe it is one of the most important investments you can make.
Are we FSA or HSA Eligible?
No, not at this time. If your employer offers benefits for health and wellbeing, they may consider
Rêve Health as a provider. We are always open to collaborations!
Can I get these tests through my doctor?
It is challenging to get the longevity tests we offer through any standard doctor or healthcare practice. You may be able to get some of the tests in our Foundation Protocol, but typically not all of these tests unless working with a concierge doctor.
Most doctors require an insurance code for billing, which means you already need to have a diagnosis of a condition that can be billed toward. You’ll typically be able to receive tests only for that condition. We believe in looking at the full picture of your health, which includes heavy metal testing, nutrient deficiency testing, and full metabolic panels.
