“Where do I begin? I decided to sign up for the Foundation Protocol as a gift to myself as I enter my 40s. I wish Reve Health had been around years ago!! I am about 4 months into the foundation protocol, and the changes I’ve made in my life so far because of the protocol have been very enlightening and helpful. I have felt a difference in how I feel in my day-to-day, and I have yet to incorporate all the recommendations at 100%. I feel more energized, and my sleep has improved significantly. Working with the Reve Health team has helped me understand a lot about my body, hormone health, and how all aspects of my life show up and impact my health. The cortisol curve was particularly eye-opening!
