Announcing Our New Maintenance Plan

Members who complete their protocols can now additional support and continue to be a part of the Rêve Health community!

We created a monthly subscription plan that gives members the ability to have monthly guidance calls, continued access to the community, and a personal discount code for more labs or a whole new protocol.

We encourage biological age testing every 3 months, and other lab work between 6-12 months–so this maintenance plan is a perfect way to continue your health journey with us in between.

Current foundation member extra support

Extra Support for Foundation Members

Our Foundation Protocol members have asked for additional support as they pursue their 6-month health transformation.

When we first created the Foundation Protocol, it was designed to be parameters of guidance, but not continual care. So we built 3 guidance calls over the course of 6 months.

What a great feeling to have members ask for more!

We’ve created a way for current Foundation members to add on 45-minute check-in calls with a board certified health professional (or get a 3-pack to save money!). While we always add the ability to add-on bigger calls for exercise, purpose, functional health, and nutrition, these quicker check-ins help members stay in touch without committing to more time.

Moving forward, as of March 26, 2025, new Foundation Protocol members will have these check-ins added to the protocol. We raised the price to reflect this additional support.

Now, each month of your 6-month journey has support that aligns with the progression of your plan.
