Crunchy Garlic Chili Oil Recipe

Crunchy garlic chili oil is all the rage but the store bought options often have rancid oils or added sugars.
Here’s a recipe to create your own healthy version at home! 

What You’ll Need:
5 garlic cloves
Avocado oil
1 tbsp Freeze dried garlic
1 tbsp Dried minced onions
2 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp sesame seeds
pinch cayenne pepper
pinch of salt
1 tbsp coconut aminos

Instructions:
Peel and chop the garlic cloves.
Add 1/2 cup avocado oil to a small sauce pan and cook the garlic cloves on medium heat. Keep an eye on it, garlic burns fast! Take off the stovetop when lightly browned.
In a separate bowl, add the dried garlic, dried minced onions, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, cayenne pepper, and salt.

Once the garlic is browned, stir in the spices and salt.
Once combined, mix in the coconut aminos.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 month.
