Reset and Rejuvenate this Spring

This is the best time to do a spring detox and tap into increased energy, improved digestion, clearer skin, and better sleep.

Program starts on Earth Day 4.22.25, registrations for new members end 4.15.25 so we can order your labs. The actual cleanse and detox part of this program is 3 weeks, from May 6-May 26, 2025.

In this special Spring Reset program, you’ll learn the basics of full-body detoxification, how to reset your nervous system, and be guided though a holistic rejuvenation.

Open to Prologue & Longevity Members (with the suggested add-on for detox & de-stress) and Foundation protocol members.

This is a free member-only 5-week program that is hosted in our private member community.

week 1: april 22 earth day

Introductions & Pre-Prep


Goal: Let’s set the stage for your success. This week is about getting familiar with the detox process, setting intentions, and preparing for your cleanse. This week you’ll be getting in all your lab work if you are a new member.

Welcome Session:
On Tuesday, April 22, 2025 7pm EDT, we’ll host our first zoom with an overview of your 5-week journey where we
explain the benefits of detoxing and cleansing for your body, mind, and spirit.

Mindset & Goal Setting:
We’ll go through an exercise where you’ll identify your personal health goals for the detox (e.g., clearer skin, improved digestion, more energy).

Together, we’ll guide you through a journaling and intention setting exercise.

week 2: april 29, 2025

Labs Completed


Goal:
This week is all about getting a clear understanding of your current health and getting support. We ask that you complete all of your labs by the end of this week, so we can personalize your detox for next week’s official start.

Focus:
Lab Work:
This is the week to complete all your tests and mail back (sooner is better!).

Community Zoom:
We’ll have our second group chat on Tuesday April 29, 2025 at 7:00pm EDT to heal in community.

Reset Eating Introduction:
We’ll talk about the foods to focus on and provide basic meal planning and shopping tips for the upcoming weeks.

week 3: may 6, 2025

Cleanse & Nourish


Goal:
Begin the actual detox process with a focus on cleansing and nourishing your body.

Focus:
Diet:
You’ll focus on a whole-foods, plant-based menu to connect back to nature: fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and lean proteins. Your diet will support eliminating or minimize processed foods, sugars, dairy, gluten, caffeine, and alcohol.

You’ll receive weekly meal plans and recipes (e.g., green smoothies, detox salads, herbal teas). We’ll give you tips for batch cooking and prepping meals to save time.

Hydration:
You’ll learn the importance of drinking clean water and receive recipes for detox-promoting waters and tea.

Movement:
You’ll receive our weekly workout plan focused on promoting circulation and lymphatic drainage.

Mindfulness Practice:
We give tips on how to cultivate a journaling practice to support mental clarity and emotional well-being.

week 4: may 13, 2025

Release & Energize


Goal:
This week you’ll intensify your detox process, focusing on elimination and energy-boosting activities. Your lab results are in and we’ll be scheduling your 90-minute guidance call.

Focus:
Diet:
You’ll receive personalized guidance on how to introduce more fiber-rich foods like leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, and beans for elimination. We emphasize foods that support your gut health (fermented foods like kimchi, sauerkraut, or kombucha).

You’ll receive recipes focused on gut health and digestion, including smoothies, soups, and stews.

Herbal Detox Support:
Your personalized health report will mention any herbs and supplements appropriate for your specific needs.

Exercise:
Your personalized health report will recommend specific exercise routines based on your unique physiology that help boost metabolism and circulation.

Sleep & Recovery:
Your personalized health report will discuss ways for you to achieve more restorative sleep for detoxification and healing.

We’ll help you develop a wind-down routine and create a calming evening ritual.

Self-Care & Stress Reduction:
You’ll continue mindfulness practices and, since the weather is likely better everywhere, we’ll talk about the importance of being outside in nature.

week 5 may 20, 2025

Reflect & Reintroduce


Goal:
Conclude your detox with a focus on reflection, reintroduction of foods, and long-term maintenance.

Focus:
Reintroducing Foods:
We’ll show you how to gradually reintroduce foods that were eliminated during the detox and notice how your body responds.

Detox Maintenance:
You’ll have strategies for maintaining a balanced lifestyle post-detox, focusing on incorporating healthy habits learned during the reset.

Reflection & Personal Growth:
Together we’ll reflect on your detox journey: what you’ve learned, how you’ve changed, and what you want to continue moving forward.

Celebrate successes and share positive experiences in the community group!

final check-in: Week 6, may 27, 2025

Epilogue


Final Check-In:
We’ll have our final zoom call to celebrate the journey, share insights, and address any lingering questions or challenges.

Ongoing Support:
If you are a Prologue or Longevity Protocol ember, we encourage you to sign up for our Maintenance Plan for continuing monthly support.

If you are a Foundation Protocol Member, you’ll continue your progress for the remainder of your protocol.

She has a masters degree in Journalism from Northeastern University in Boston, and a BA from Umass Amherst in English Literature. She is a former CPT and aerobics instructor.

Madeline Cunningham

Maddy is a licensed
acupuncturist and herbalist,
functional medicine provider and certified hypnotist. After spending her early professional life working at a successful hedge fund, she became fascinated in understanding the connection between the mind and body, pursuing degrees, certifications, and mentorships in various forms of medicine. 

Skylar Weir
MS, RDN

Skylar is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who earned her Master of Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver and completed her dietetic internship at
UC San Diego Health hospital systems. Her own health journey and experience healing ignited her passion and curiosity for nutrition, healthcare, and addressing the root cause of imbalances.
