Look Out For a Package
We’ll be mailing your tests to your home address, and it’ll contain detailed instructions for how to collect your samples. (Note: we require the intake form completed prior to mailing your kit!)

Book a 15-minute Zoom with us at any time if you have questions about your tests or need additional support.
Schedule the Guidance Call
Once we have your test back (typically within 3 weeks), a member of our team will reach out to schedule your 90 minute guidance call.
Personalized Report & Recommendations
After your guidance call, we’ll send you your personalized guidance report with recommendations for your fitness. Please note this is not medical advice.
