The Rêve Health Co-Founders, Julie Elaine Brown, M.A. and Madeline Cunningham, LAc, lead a wellness team of acupuncturists, functional health providers, traditional medicine providers, nutritionists, exercise scientists, and more.

Julie reversed her biological age 16 years with Maddy’s help and is no longer experiencing any perimenopausal symptoms. Why Does My Real Age Matter?

Real age is a more accurate predictor of your true health

Your biological age reflects how well your body is functioning compared to your chronological age. While your chronological age is the number of years you’ve lived, biological age indicates how “old” or “young” your cells are. Factors such as stress, lifestyle, and genetics influence biological age.

What tests are included?

Our test includes an-depth analysis of over 75 biomarkers related to aging and health. It includes reports on telomere length, immune system age, and the impacts of lifestyle factors on your epigenetics.

Telomeres are like protective caps at the ends of your chromosomes. They shorten over time, much like how the plastic tips on shoelaces fray.

The shorter your telomeres, the older your cells act, regardless of your actual age.

We also test epigenetic factors to see how external factors can impact our genetic code and overall health.

How does this impact longevity?

By slowing the rate of telomere shortening and understanding the rate of DNA methylation we may be able to delay the onset of age-related diseases and extend both lifespan and healthspan.

Studies consistently show that longer telomeres are associated with longer lifespans. Shorter telomeres are linked to cellular aging and age-related diseases.
