Dear Friends of Rêve Health,

After thoughtful reflection, we have made the decision to sunset Rêve Health and conclude operations effective January 13, 2026.

Rêve Health was created with a clear intention: to reimagine healthcare by shifting from a reactive system to one rooted in proactive, whole-person care. The company was born from our own experiences of being dismissed within conventional healthcare models, and from a shared belief that people deserve to be seen, heard, and supported through a more integrative approach.

We set out to bridge modern diagnostics with time-honored Eastern and holistic practices, guided by the belief that health is not merely the absence of disease, but the presence of vitality, balance, and meaning.

While the broader market was not yet ready to fully support this vision at scale, we remain deeply proud of what we built, the conversations we helped advance, and the individuals and organizations who placed their trust in this work. We truly believed proactive care could change lives, and in many cases, it did.

We are profoundly grateful to our clients, partners, and collaborators for your trust, curiosity, and willingness to explore a different way forward. Your support made this journey possible.

Access to Medical Records
Your privacy and continuity of care remain important to us. Clients may request copies of their medical records, lab results, and program documentation by emailing Madeline@ReveHealth.com

Records will be securely provided within 14 business days of request. Your records will be archived in accordance with State regulations.

As this chapter closes, we have mutually decided to go our separate ways and pursue work more closely aligned with our individual paths and what is most meaningful to each of us. We do so with respect for one another, gratitude for what we created together, and optimism for what lies ahead.
